Welcome to Ali's Glitz & Glass! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms described below.
1. Our Products
Ali's Glitz & Glass offers handmade snow globe tumblers and personalized drinkware in available styles and sizes.
Product availability, customization options, prices and descriptions are displayed on our website and may change.
2. Handmade Products
Every handmade tumbler is individually created. Minor differences in glitter placement, decorative details, color appearance, and overall finish may occur.
These normal handmade differences do not limit customer rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
3. Customization
Customers are responsible for reviewing the spelling, colors, sizes, designs and other customization details they submit.
We may contact customers when additional information or clarification is needed.
Custom requests are subject to acceptance, material availability, design feasibility and applicable requirements.
4. Optional Paid Upgrades
Our optional paid upgrades include:
Personalize My Tumbler
Upgrade My Glitter & Fill
Bling My Tumbler
Decorate My Lid
These upgrades are purchased separately unless expressly included in the tumbler product listing.
Selecting a preference on a tumbler customization form does not automatically purchase a paid upgrade.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts will be displayed during checkout.
Orders are not accepted for production until payment and required customization information have been received and the order is confirmed.
6. Production and Shipping
Our standard made-to-order production target is 14–21 business days after we receive a properly completed order and all required customization details.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
This timeframe refers to production and preparation for shipment, not carrier delivery time.
We will provide shipping and delivery information as applicable.
If we cannot meet a promised shipment timeframe, we will communicate any required delay options, cancellation rights or refunds in accordance with applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun, subject to applicable law.
Eligible ready-to-ship merchandise may qualify for returns under our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Damaged, defective, incorrect and delayed orders will be addressed according to our published policies and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
9. Product Care
Customers should follow the product-specific care instructions. Our acrylic snow globe tumblers should be handled carefully and should not be microwaved or placed in the dishwasher.
Stop using a tumbler if it becomes damaged or begins leaking.
10. Designs and Intellectual Property
Our original website content, artwork and business branding may not be reproduced without permission.
Custom requests involving trademarks, copyrighted characters or protected designs may be declined when appropriate authorization is unavailable.
