At Ali's Glitz & Glass, each handmade creation is made or selected with care. We want our customers to understand our return and refund policies before purchasing.
1. Custom-Made & Personalized Tumblers
Because custom-made and personalized snow globe tumblers are created according to your selected designs, glitter colors, names, phrases, and optional upgrades, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on completed custom orders.
This includes purchases containing customized lettering, specialty glitter, decorative fillers, rhinestones, or decorated lids.
This restriction does not apply where a return, refund, correction, or other remedy is required by law.
2. Ready-to-Ship Tumblers
Ready-to-ship tumblers may be eligible for a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for an ordinary return:
The tumbler must be unused and undamaged.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
The customer must contact us before sending the item back.
Return shipping costs for ordinary change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Original shipping charges are generally not refunded for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable requirements.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly using our website Contact page.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging when relevant
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair or correction, replacement, or refund.
Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain in effect.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Custom-order cancellations requested before production begins may be eligible for approval and a refund.
Once custom production has begun, change-of-mind cancellations may be restricted because the item is being created specifically for your order.
These restrictions do not override applicable legal rights, including rights arising from shipping delays or failure to fulfill an order.
5. Handmade Variations
Each snow globe tumbler is individually handmade.
Small variations in glitter distribution, decorative placement, shimmer movement, and color appearance are normal and may differ slightly from illustrative photographs or mockups.
Minor expected handmade differences are not automatically considered defects.
