STEP 2 — Choose Your Cup
Let us know whether you're interested in a 16 oz Acrylic Can, 24 oz Tall Acrylic, or 40 oz Handled Acrylic tumbler.
STEP 3 — Tell Us About Your Extras
Want a custom name, specialty glitter, decorative filler, rhinestones, or a decorated lid? Tell us what you have in mind!
STEP 4 — We'll Review Your Request
We'll review your ideas, check material availability and design compatibility, and discuss any questions or adjustments.
STEP 5 — Receive Your Pricing & Ordering Instructions
If your requested design is available, we'll explain the price and how to complete your purchase through our website.
STEP 6 — Let the Glitz Begin!
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we'll begin making your custom tumbler according to the agreed details and our posted processing schedule.
Custom order requests are not guaranteed to be accepted. Work does not begin until the order is approved and purchased.

Handmade Variations
Every tumbler is handmade. Slight variations in glitter appearance, liquid movement, colors, and decorative placement are normal.
Design Availability
Custom requests depend on available materials, tumbler styles, design feasibility, and production capacity. Not all ideas can be recreated exactly.
Artwork & Design Rights
Reference pictures help communicate your vision, but we may be unable to reproduce copyrighted characters, licensed logos, or artwork without appropriate permission.
Pricing
Custom-order pricing is reviewed before purchase. Specialty materials and optional upgrades may increase the cost.
Processing Times
Processing times will be provided or confirmed before ordering. Special-event deadlines are not guaranteed unless expressly accepted.
Changes to Orders
Any requested changes after purchase are subject to our posted policies and whether production has begun.
Order Approval
Sending a custom request does not confirm an order or payment. Production begins only after your design is approved and your purchase is completed.

~Custom Order Pricing & Upgrades~
Every custom tumbler is a little different, and we want to make sure your design is priced fairly!
Your final price may depend on the tumbler size, selected snow globe effect, design complexity, specialty materials, and optional upgrades.
Our regular snow globe tumbler base offerings include up to two available standard glitter colors, an available themed UV DTF wrap, and a plain standard lid and straw.
Additional personalization, specialty glitter, decorative fillers, rhinestones, and decorated lids are available as paid upgrades.
